The entry for the Oak Gate Development in Danville, CA was in need of drought tolerant landscape improvements. Together with representatives from Contra Costa County Public Works, Special Districts Division, Kluber + Associates presented a concept design to an Oak Gate community stakeholder group for approval, and completed construction documents for installation. Improvements included updating the irrigation with efficient emitters and a central control system, new tree layout, and planting for color. Following construction of the improvements this project was well received by neighboring community stakeholders.
